Chitoliro Productionz has announced the appointment of Elton Trindade, known on social media as TravElton_Malawi, as the new Tourism Ambassador for the upcoming UMP Evolution Festival.

In a press release, Chitoliro Productionz highlighted that Trindade’s appointment aligns with their commitment to showcasing tourism as a key element of the UMP Evolution Festival.

The company further stated that Trindade brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the tourism sector, which will greatly enhance the festival’s execution.

“The board and management of Chitoliro Productionz are delighted to welcome Elton Trindade to our team. We are confident that his expertise will play a crucial role in achieving the festival’s goals and objectives,” read part of the press release.

Trindade, a seasoned Safari Travel Consultant, currently works with 1 2 Travel Africa Limited, where he handles Safari inquiries and other key responsibilities.

Through his social media platforms, Trindade shared that he has successfully attracted numerous tourists to Malawi from countries such as Portugal, the United States, and Germany.

“I am overwhelmed and honored by this appointment. It is a recognition of the impact I have made in the tourism sector,” said Trindade.

He also expressed his commitment to integrating various tourism segments into the UMP Evolution Festival, aiming to attract both local and international tourists.

The unveiling of the ambassador comes as preparations for the festival, set to take place from October 25 to 28, 2024, at Cape Maclear in Mangochi District, are in full swing.
