Blantyre witnessed an electrifying showdown at Chitoliro’s The Evolution Bash held at The Blues, where the top upcoming DJ was crowned.

After a fierce battle among six rising stars, Dj Clame from Bangwe emerged victorious, clinching the gold medal and other prestigious prizes. His win secures him a coveted spot at the upcoming major event.

The competition has spotlighted Malawi’s emerging DJ talents, including Dj Harshtag and La Pearl the DJ, paving the way for a brighter future in music.

“It’s a huge relief, a dream come true, and a massive confidence boost. I’m ready for the next challenge,” said the jubilant Dj Clame.

Future editions will soon hit the northern and central regions, inviting upcoming DJs to showcase their skills. Winners from these events will advance to compete at the Festival in October for the ultimate DJ supremacy.
